At JD Architecture Design and Development, we provide comprehensive architectural solutions
for both residential and commercial projects. Our services include creating custom building
designs, producing high-definition 3D renderings to help clients visualize their spaces, and
preparing detailed Bills of Quantities to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
At JD Architecture, we make your vision a reality through a clear, collaborative process:
- Consultation – We start by understanding your goals and needs.
- Concept Design – We create initial sketches and layouts tailored to your space.
- 3D Visualization – High-definition renderings help you see your project before construction.
- Detailed Planning – Construction drawings and Bills of Quantities keep your project on budget.
- Refinement & Support – We review, refine, and guide you through approval so your design is perfectly executed. Once finalized, we submit the plans to the CBA for approval.
Project duration depends on size and complexity. After submitting plans to the Central Building
Authority (CBA), approval usually takes about two months, as CBA reviews building plans for
the entire country of Belize to ensure all projects meet national standards.
At JD Architecture, we are happy to accommodate revisions to your project. However, if changes
affect the original design or project scope, additional fees may apply. For example, if a client
initially approves an 800 sq.ft. home and later requests an increase to 900 sq.ft., a fee will be
charged to reflect the updated design and scope.
